IC Fides

Training for CRE deal teams · An IC FIDES program

Put AI into your underwriting. Keep the ability to prove a number.

Eight lessons for the people who actually build the numbers — analysts and associates who run the models, and the principals who have to stand behind them in the room.

01 · The gap

66%
of CRE professionals use AI weekly(1)
5%

Everyone in your market has the tools. The gap is a discipline, not a subscription.

The diagnostic

Fifteen questions locate your firm on two axes — adoption and proof discipline — and name the three gaps worth a month of attention. Scored in your browser; nothing you enter leaves the page.

Lesson 00 is live

Inside the calculation blocks of an apartment acquisition model: where deals go wrong — and where AI-populated workbooks go wrong silently. Fourteen minutes, plus the worksheet. No signup, nothing to pay.

03 · What you get

01 Eight deal packs

Skills, role agents and calculators that install into the way your team already works. Courseware that becomes working tools on your desk — not a folder of PDFs you skim once.

02 Deliverables from your own live deal

You work on a deal that is actually in your pipeline. You leave with an error log, a reproducibility drill report, and an AI-assisted underwrite that reconciles — three artifacts you can hand to your committee.

03 A certificate earned by artifacts

Not attendance. The certificate issues when the work exists and reconciles — which is the only version of it worth putting in front of an investor.

Michael Cradock

Founder, IC FIDES

Builds CRE underwriting software where AI does the mechanical work and an engine proves the output — the same standard this program teaches.

Two years running agents on real deal models, daily — not in demos.

Institutional modelling depth across UK, Australian and US markets.

No follower counts here. The credibility is that the product exists and its numbers reconcile.

Two decades in institutional CRE — billions closed, tens of billions underwritten.

Co-founded the modelling education platform a generation of analysts learned on.

Now building AI coworkers for real estate deal teams.

Name on the card when the ink is dry.

07 · FAQ

Analysts and associates who build the models, and the principals and VPs who have to stand behind the output. If nobody at your firm touches a workbook, this is the wrong program.

No. You need underwriting experience. Lesson 01 assumes you have never written a prompt and does not assume you want to become technical.

The major general-purpose assistants, plus Excel and whatever your firm already licenses. The deal packs install into that stack rather than replacing it — no procurement conversation required to start.

Every exercise must reconcile. A generic course ends when the output looks plausible; here the lesson is not complete until the number ties to source and a second person can reproduce it.

Lesson 00 is live now, free and open to anyone — no signup. The full curriculum follows, and founding cohort members get everything as it lands, at the price they paid.

Thirty days, no conditions. Keep the deal packs you have already installed — we would rather you left with something that works than argue about it.
